Hi Rob, We do use APC for our collections and is stated in our terms and conditions. We do not post a failed collection card but we will send you an email to that effect. On this occasion, Paisley Freight called the mobile number given on the booking with no answer. We have organised a recollection and updated the number so there should be no more problems.
