“Rubbish company very bad customer service took 2 weeks to deliver my parcel to sender and I paid for next working day wold not use again and would NOT recommend would not give me a refund”

“Have used Paisley Freight a few times in the past with no issues. This most recent occasion they missed the collection date but I gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was after a Bank Holiday so contacted customer services rearrange collection for another day. This collection was missed AGAIN, so I contacted CS again to complain and ask for an explanation, their response was 'We apologise for the inconvenience caused, however, we do advise delays are likely prior to booking.' Shocking customer service with no real resolution offered and no attempt to restore my faith in the company. Will not be using them again due to this poor experience.”

“Following on from my review below, it turns out it was actually Paisley Freight's local courier APC who are absolutely appalling. The failed collection from Friday was rebooked for today and once again APC failed to turn up. However, all credit to Kevin at Paisley Freight who resolved the issue at the eleventh hour and the package is now safely on it's way and the guy that was eventually sent from APC, was extremely pleasant too, especially after a long hot day. Sadly I didn't get his name to give him a mention as he certainly deserves it.”

“I have waited in since 8am this morning with the front door open with the good weather and a dog that rushes to the front door barking when someone even walks past the end of the drive. At just past 5pm I received a message from Paisley Freight alleging a missed collection because no-one was home. No mention of time when the alleged missed pick up happened. It is impossible for their driver to have come to the house I not know about it. The parcel is large and in the hallway and today has been in full view of anyone coming to the house. When delivering the same parcel, Paisley texted the day before to advise / remind me of the delivery, but I received no such communication for the pick up suggesting to me, being a Friday, and the other end of the country from where the driver will be returning tonight, there was, in fact, never any intention to pick up today.”

“Good service. Easy on line booking. Good collection early afternoon and delivery next day before noon 200 miles away. Would use again.”

“I would give Paisley Frieght zero stars if I could but unfortunately this is not an option here. I booked a collection for a set of van wheels but the driver missed them completely despite being given precise instructions as to their location. Paisley refused to return to the address saying "We do not recommend leaving goods safe, the service you paid for is to hand the goods to the driver." They wanted to charge an additional fee to arrange another collection. This feels very much like a ploy to maximise revenues to me. Also, the company's phones are all out of action and the only method of contact is by email. Questions posed by email are missed and the responses you do receive are rude and curt. I have asked repeatedly for a call back but nobody in the company seemingly has a telephone (personal or otherwise). I would never entrust Paisley again and I would encourage everyone to use a different company. Truly terrible customer service.”

“If I could leave minus stars, I would. A month later and still no delivery... Attempted delivery but no 'attempted delivery card left' the tracking on their website doesn't make sense so I had no idea the status of the bike. Customer service rude and unhelpful - after assuring my bike would be delivered on a certain day (I stayed home to wait) when I chased for an update I was met with a rude response telling me it would be a different day and that they were actually doing me a favour... (me, a paying customer who still doesn't have the bike a month later...) Fingers crossed it will one day arrive ...”

“If you value your property don't use *Paisley Freight* they damaged 4x 17" alloys and the so-called insurance is a load of rubbish! It took paisley freight 9 days to come up with an excuse not to pay anything with a picture of an item (Black bag) and doesn't even look like 4x alloys in someone's doorway to refuse any contribution to damage they had done disgusting services!.”
