“Called and booked a delivery on Wednesday. Arranged collection of four wheels to be picked up on Friday and they arrived today (Monday) I have used this company many times in the past but I have never left a review. Today I have because the way things are these days service is not what it was. I couldn't be happier with Paisley fright today, thanks you”

“I've used Paisley approx 10 times over recent years, but no more. + Delivery is fast - 24hrs via APC. - Customer Service is poor - Service offered is not fit for purpose Once before they tried to charge me for a missed collection, despite me being in all day. Thankfully refunded. This time, they charged an extra £20 for oversize package - despite having booked a push bike service, and shipped a push bike in a standard push bike box. Customer service not interested. Apparently the item was 'considerably too large for our network' - don't advertise a push bike service then! Needless to say, they've lost a customer. I won't be going back, or recommending.”

“Absolutely excellent service. I booked delivery of my bike online at 3.15pm on Thursday, had the bike dropped at the depot in Scotland at 5.30pm. I didn't expect my bike to move from the depot until Friday as that's what was booked and be delivered to me in the East Midlands on Monday at earliest. My bike arrived today, Friday at 9.59am. That's about 12hrs delivery, fantastic. Fully recommend them, easy booking service on the website, I emailed them a question and got a reply back in minutes. Great price. Delivery driver was very polite and friendly”

“Absolutely appalling customer service. They mixed up 2 boxes and then refused to rectify their mistake with me then having to pay a further £90 to put things right. They deliberately have have no phone line’s so that you cannot speak to someone in person. Very rude and defiant email responses to the valid points I raised. Absolutely never again!!!”

“Outsource collection to a local firm, who arrives, looks at a closed door and leaves with no attempt to contact the shipper. Paisley Freight then want to charge you £10 for arranging a new collection! Extremely poor and their customer service after boiled down to "tough".”

“I waited in all day for a failed pick up and then had to pay an extra £9.99 to arrange another day. You try and phone to find out what is going on but they don't do calls so you mail and then they come back uninterested with a belligerent 'you pay' before pick up.”
