“I was happy to receive my order so quickly. I was pleased to get credit when the order I placed came up with an error. I do love the design work of the pieces I ordered but am a bit disappointed in how thin the "rubber material is" I have concerns that It will not hold up with frequent ware.”

Dear Warren, Please see attached the confirmation email we sent on 15/12 at 6.22pm, which may have fallen into your spam email. I can confirm that the parcel was dispatched on 15/12 by standard international delivery. I have also attached a confirmation of the postage. It may take up to 10 working days, and it may take longer during peak times. As it was sent by standard mail, there is no tracking number. If you haven't received the parcel by early January, please kindly contact us at info@paguroupcycle.com.
