“Recently purchased two bags from Paguro. The Erin wristlet pouch and the Eddie handbag. I was very happy with these when they arrived. Perfectly sized for what I had intended them for. The Erin for an evening bag and the Eddie to use along side my baby bag to keep my phone, keys and money close to hand. Which has turned out prefect. When I first used the Erin wristlet the rivet on the strap broke but luckily before I went out so didn’t lose any bits off the strap. I emailed Paguro on Monday after the weekend explaining the situation to which they sent me a new strap the very same day and was with me by the Tuesday. Thank you.”

Dear Henry, Thank you for your feedback about the delivery. The parcels were posted 20th February. Email notification was sent on the 20th February. The notification may have been directed to your junk folder, if you have not received it. The standard airmail to Asia from the UK will normally take 10-14 working days. That clearly does not take into account any delays that may be caused by the Coronavirus. I have also emailed you a proof of postage. If the parcels have not arrived within the window noted above, please let us know.
