“Software is good and no glitches etc...... Thats as good as it gets. Played here on and off for years and its now not worth playing as it is mostly bots so whats the point ?? It used to be more human population but now it seems just 1 or 2 at a table at best, so where it supposed to be a community its now just as good as playing a slot game or something like it. CASHCOW”

“Been waiting for nearly a hour on beat the drop for result to be settled, Absolutely Disgrace. Also all Football bets keep stating suspended in match for over 20 mins, then you loose cash out you wanted and they take your stake. No longer place cash bets with these anymore, I've referred my issues to the Gambling association committee”

“When a big company like paddy power dont sort out about a payment that i sent and was not put on my account straight away they said they did not receive a payment but my bank TSB tells me different and my account says that they have gave them the faster payment i.d and it still take them over 28 hours to sort out and still not been sorted they say it takes time have they only got one person on each sections of the company not even a apologie or an email or a phone call to let me know whats going on very very disappointed with the paddy power”

“Just joined paddy power. But it takes them absolutely ages to pay your winnings into your bank. Was with William hill before. And looks like I'll be going back. Takes up to 5 working days to get your winnings.. Used to take William hill 2 hours to pay your winnings in. Funny enough when your betting. Doesn't take them 5 days to take your money. That's done in a second. So bye paddy power.”

“I enjoy football bet builder and happy to lose 25p bets BUT bet builder is CLUNKY to use and UNFORGIVING when wrong selections are made as you cannot correct. Although small stakes allowed in bet builder, there's NO early CASH OUT and also the PP APP INTERFACE to track your progress is S#%t poor!”

“Just lost €1400 win because the daily millions date was wrong on the website and tapped my numbers in as normal assuming I was betting on my usual bet. The numbers came up. Thanks paddy. P. S. Dates are still wrong on today's draws.”

“Dont go winning on paddy power, my account was suspended twice weekly and customer support robots are as helpful as a chocolate fireguard. Money up to a certain amount can be deposited immedietly which is good but customer support and account suspensions drove me wild. Still i left around a 1000 pound in credit so I fear that is why i was suspended often.”

“I have been using the football in Play app. After betting on a drawer on a game that showed you live after full-time plus extra. Refused to pay out, when I checked the score a goal was scored in the first half but did not register on the score on the app, when I contacted them to complain they said I take no responsibility for correct scores as laid out by the conditions. This makes inplay bets completely and utterly useless”

“I play on your games site regularly but I was playing paddy power gold despite wagering over £700 I had five bonuses [£2 stake] the one was £35 the overs were less than £10 on top on this it also twice this wk taken approx. £400 0n two occasions without given any big wins ie £100 or above which when u have wagered over £1000 u would expect to have at least one big win !!”
