“i found customer service a pleasure to use as they dealt with me quickly ..i also find the players on poker a much more better people to talk to and polite unlike some other sites i have used .. i play a lot of poker and find a lot of people abusive and rude but touch wood it has been great so far and no abuse ..lol”

“It didn't make me happy, as I inquired about any pending bonuses that I might have had, after my usual activity on the site, I was a little dissapointed to say the least, but, never mind, the representative that I spoke to was polite and helpful, as always.”
