“You keep emailing me to opt in to a promotion, bt I can't , when queried on live chat they said I was not entitled to it and email was sent in error... next day I get a reminder email for the promotion.. shambolic really”

“I'm a Chrome user. While the site is moving fast as any, various buttons keep remaining grey and I had to open the site inside IE. Also the errors I'm getting are not descriptive enough: I'm trying to retrieve my password but I get a message that I cannot and I should contact customer support.”
