“The PP site is such a joy to navigate, unlike certain other sites out there. Myself & my friends love the diversity of PP. We enjoy having a laugh & a joke with the novelty bets which go towards easing the stresses & strains of studying form & statistics for hours on end only to go & lose that hard earned £1! Withdrawals are also very easy & the Customer Services team are second to none if you do need them on that rare occasion. They'll help you with anything. No matter how trivial or daft it seems. (Believe me, we've tried!) I could go on singing their (PP) praises but we don't want them getting too big headed or they may stop doing their regular promotions! SteveTheFoodie - Devon”

“The Paddy Power website is good, but sometimes it can be a little hard to find things, and they're not always in the straightforward place you would imagine. I would also love you to introduce a football coupon that allows you to see football matches by day. Ladbrokes do this and it makes picking accumulators far easier and less time consuming.”

“Paddy Power customer service team have a good ethical approach and do what is right. The rewards scheme on PP games is by far the best in the sites i use. I have lost lots of money and its my fault but again PP provide great advice on setting limits etc which i do. The colour scheme and the HMI on games and bingo is brilliant. The games like must go jackpots make things more interesting than their competitors altough i havnt won a sausage ....i mean come on guys ..... come on..... Great site thank you”

“When the website is busy it is impossible to withdraw funds to your bank account without ringing up or speaking to paddy power staff, the staff were very helpfull but your website needs some work”
