“My general experience with Paddy Power isn't a bad one but I do get frustrated when the cashout takes a long time to load as additional goals in the selected matches would affect the cashout amount (which has happened on occasions in the past). Also, when I selected the option to show a specific days games, they do not come up. Instead my phone or laptop (depends which one I am using) closes the app down and says Paddy Power is not responding. It happens on both devices. Aside from these minor issues, I am very happy with Paddy Power as a whole.”

“Could not easily find the 'trigger' icon in your web page to find 'live help' when I needed it. Also a bit confused by the term 'card number', kept thinking it should be 'account number'. Also banks send out new cards and people forget over time that the card number they originally sent will not be the card number they have now if their card has been replaced. Mind my age is against me, I'm not quite gaga yet but I'm coming on, bye.”

“Had problems with web site and now find that my first bets were actually taken but I did not get a receipt with the result that two lots of money was taken from my c.c. and two lots of bets placed although I only got one receipt for one lot of bets. I actually got a message on my computer that there had been a problem and the page was reloaded and everything was cleared so I assumed, wrongly as I have now found out, that the bets had in fact been placed and the money taken but had not got a receipt so I did it all again and got a receipt but now looking on my account I have found two lots of bets and two lots of money taken. You live and learn the hard way sometimes.”
