“Poor customer service, poor communication from management, and non existent bonuses for spending £1,000 in a week, I am taking my business elsewhere, Paddy Powers loss, my gain, at least where I am going, you get looked after, avoid at all costs, once they have your money they are happy.”

“When the website is busy it is impossible to withdraw funds to your bank account without ringing up or speaking to paddy power staff, the staff were very helpfull but your website needs some work”

“i cant make deposit from my mobile phone, it only works from the computer. i cant make withdraw from ether phone or computer so i have to contact custom suport everytime i need to make a withdraw. i have withdraws from january that i still havent recived yet. overall, big thanks to the custom support who helps me with my withdraws when i need it”

“Difficult to withdraw money had to go to an agent to verify my Bank Account with no prompt or message to send photo ID after it did not initially work. I only discovered I would not have been paid after I asked the question.”

“Too much information on screen and its difficult to find what you're looking for. I signed up for the Arsenal v Aston Villa 4/1 Promotion and had no idea how to activate it. I had to chat to your online help to find out about Paddy Power Play Plus, which isn't obvious in the slightest.”

“When using my UK details, but on the internet in Spain, there was no warning until AFTER the whole process that transactions were not possible. As soon as the ISP is detected, a warning pop up should come up.”
