“My overall experience with this site and the customer service has been poor. The general "Couldn't care less" attitude I tend to get from the live chat agents sometimes is awful. If they cannot answer my concern and I ask to speak with a manager they just say "this is not a manager related issue unfortunately" which is basically saying "We don't think your important enough to help you" and then they just say "Thank you or contacting us, have a good day" and leave before your finished talking. Sometimes the chat agents help me and answer my queries but unfortunately the bad outweighs the good which is why I have given it a poor rating. The general site is not have any major problems with the exception of having inaccurate times during games (By inaccurate I do not mean a few seconds out, I mean about 20 minutes out) so I now check the score on external sites like flashscores so I know what bets to place and when to cash out. The site has no major glitches and offers a wide variety of bets like WWE paperviews. Overall I would not recommend this site as the customer service is usually dreadful.”

“I have found it very difficult to find what I want to bet on. Even chat help people had difficulties and it took three days and an amazing person called Eoghan at the help chat service to get me set up. I think you should offer a service for new or inexperienced people to actually place a bet through the help line rather than try to search themselves - search bar does not really help but some excellent people at help chat could”

“I have spent a lot of money on games over a year ago I spent over 3000 on paddy power games with no wins on a £2 stake. In the last month I have spent over 1300 pounds again with on wins. Money is drained so quickly any returns are very small with not even a bit of a run for my bucks! It is very frustrating not to be getting a return now and again!”
