“PP is a normal betting site. Nothing enourmously special about them. I would have liked them to settle some bets earlier at times in Wintersport. FIS pages are clear on the result right after the race, so this shouldn't be a problem really. Some of the advisors are useless, and maybe they should focus a little bit on more training in how to be professional. It is also horrifying that they now say your balance is running low when you got £20 in your account and ask you to deposit. I like the selection of sports they got and I like that their live section works normally. Also the cash out function is quite good. Never had a problem with it.”

“Having account suspended while waiting on verification is frustrating & I haven't found anybody else doing that. Also having my account restricted with no explanation is a poor way to treat customers. It's the same throughout the industry I'm sure but not fair - happy to have losing customers but not winners! A good bookmaker should be capable of setting odds which allow them to make more than enough money even if a small few customers win overall!!! Maybe exchanges will be the way forward in the future!”

“It isn't always the best or easiest to find certain bets/markets and links you are looking for and there is no immediate chat option. However your chat is very fast paced, efficient and possesses knowledgeable employees who do their job immensely well.”

“To be honest i transferred over from William Hill and the mobile app experience was far better there. This mobile app seems very clunky and unresponsive. However I used the desktop version this morning without any problems. Jack on the live chat was very helpful and resolved a query.”
