“Been with paddy for years.bingo names newbie or same names. games slots absolutely shocking but worst of all contact centre a joke. Ch allows bullying if you make wrong comments ie waiting on 1 in free game gets worse if paid game avoid Good comments if you want a withdrawal it’s fast If newbie go in take withdraw”

“What a absolute joke this company are suspended your account for no reason whatsoever then give you the runaround trying to get it back up and running can't talk to anyone gave up in the end the website is a mine field no one there to talk to try going onto chat then gives you a list as long as your arm pick one then sends you back to where you started 😉 what a joke William Hill it is then will give them my money 💰”

“Signed up as a new customer with the offer place a £10 football bet and you’ll revive £50 in free bets once settled. They give you the option to pay with Apple Pay however exclude this option from being an eligible way to place the bet?? Stating it’s in the small print. The money is coming from the same source and it’s an option they encourage you to pay with. Its a ploy to get you to spend more money. It’s an contractual unfair term that makes no logical sense. Scam, avoid!”

“I have deposited £350 and when I got a winner with £10 on at 9/2 I was given 16/5 rip off price. Best odds only on selected meetings they say. So HOW do I bet my horse if it is much shorter with you and I don't want the miserly price? I wouldn't take that price in a betting shop and get SP. The advisor implied I would be better of betting elsewhere.”

“Absolutely terrible promotions I spent 80 pounds and never received any free bets yet someone can spend 50 and get a free 10 pound bet. Terrible customer service and when you ask them to close your account they act as if it's you who has a problem”

“Games are terrible , you actually have games with bonuses that pay ZERO after 5 min of animation. Time and money to be payed Zero. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask, worst casino by far... I like my games but im done with Paddy Power games. Your bonus games pay Zero. Wow”

“ten years with this sneaky scum company decided to self exclude myself for 6 months. comr back and bombarded with questions even wanted to know my wages this is in text and all couldnt believe the questions they were asking anyway told it be put back on my account .. next thing a email too say my account was closed ..imagine ten years .to get this type of treatment .(you give the option to take time out ) i took it then get the door shut in my face ..utter filth paddy your on sly scum”

“I made several deposits on Paddy Power and to be fair all but 1 went through without a problem. However, one of them didn't appear in my Paddy Power account but was taken from my PayPal account. It's now 3 days later; 4 chats to customer service and hours on hold and my money hasn't been returned. There has been no indication when this will be resolved and there is no customer service telephone number. P.S. this isn't a security thing as I can freely make other deposits & withdrawals. Consider other sites if you care about smoothe transactions and good customer service.”

“I have just been on live chat with Thomas,possibly the worst customer service advisors I have had the misfortune to come across. He deliberately tried to annoy me and kept saying he didn't understand it couldn't have been any simpler leave my account for the time being and can I speak to a manager. This was appalling behaviour this agent deliberately tries to get a reaction from customers. Take my advise try another site I was offered 2 promotions and received nothing”

“Worst customer service ever, anything goes wrong in bets and forget about them helping you to void your bet. There was a technical issue at their end, tried reahing out to them for hours and these guys would not even try to understand my issue.”
