“Always used PP for football, horses, etc. and tried logging into my account this morning to find it had been locked. James on the Web Chat asked me a few security questions and had my account unlocked and I was logged back in within minutes. Really appreciate his help.”

“My general experience with Paddy Power isn't a bad one but I do get frustrated when the cashout takes a long time to load as additional goals in the selected matches would affect the cashout amount (which has happened on occasions in the past). Also, when I selected the option to show a specific days games, they do not come up. Instead my phone or laptop (depends which one I am using) closes the app down and says Paddy Power is not responding. It happens on both devices. Aside from these minor issues, I am very happy with Paddy Power as a whole.”

“when there was a malfunction and my whole balance was placed on a casino game paddy power helped me out by being human and spotting there was an error when they could quite easily have said no and kept the money”
