“Twas grand. Although I'd get on to the crowd that developed your Oracle RightNow/Service Cloud portal. The chat client keeps jumping up and down on the screen when an agent was/wasn't typing. They need to either wrap the text that says "<agentname> is typing...." of position it somewhere else on the screen (like beside the agent icon, instead of under it). Or they might be able to set it so it doesn't hide itself when an agent isn't typing, that way the space will alway be there and stop the page jumping.”

“Pages take ages to load and when the pages do load, loads of widget things then take ages and it's just really slow and un-nice. It's like a site from the mid-90s not 2016.”

“Had been on the site for all of 30 seconds when I got suspended. Only after depositing my money was I suspended. Very annoying process to get it sorted but the support from Live Chat was very helpful. Shoutout to Kevin D.”

“Your OLD mobile site was FANTASTIC but this new iPad site is well I'd better not say cause you might get offended!! Let's put it this way just lost £20 on a double which I thought was city to win and linfield to win, turns out I was on linfield to win and btts ( never gonna happen against Duggan btw) BUT this new layout puts the pages on top of each other and it's difficult to see what you are actually doing when you're confirming your bet!!”

“Having been a customer with PP for a long time, I was disappointed to find out I wasn't eligible for the 20 for 10 football offer? Obviously as with anyone, offers are a major part in helping people place bets with bookmakers as you have a greater chance of winning when placing bets. This has led me to start betting with other bookmakers and possibly leaving PP in the future.”

“I can't find the log in and log out buttons. I had to search for log in page from google rather than just see it on your home page. I'm not stupid or blind either, it's just not there.”

“just cancelled my account as I found out the hard way that they are the only ones who do not pay double the odds for one winner on a lucky 15/31/63 they did up to April this year, which they never made customers aware of, and worse still they do not pay you a bonus if all your selections win all others pay at least a 10% bonus on this.”

“Website very tricky to navigate and hard to understand for a new better. Took ages to find the bet I wanted to place. The free bet offer was why I chose this bookmaker over others, but the offer I clicked on to register (free £30 bet for £10 bet) had changed to a free £20 bet mid-registration, which is why I went on live chat. A bit disappointed but will see how bets go as to whether I continue to use this service!”
