“I win £1800 at Cheltenham with PP well at least I thought I did they have suspended my account and I have to send in 3 types of lD coming up to 3 weeks now and still no sign of my money I wish I read reviews before I joined the thieving gits”

“They amended my account without any warning, or any valid reason, to ensure I was ineligible for any of their promotions. If you start winning they don't like it and suspend your account and then make it very difficult to withdraw any winning. Then "customer service" is unavailable to answer any queries. I belt they don't suspend user accounts that lose money !”

“Set up account and deposited cash, only to have account suspended for "verification" before I could make a single bet. Months later, I am still waiting despite talking to different agents and uploading everything they asked. Now I am told I have to wait for verification to even get a refund!!!”

“I suddenly became ineligible for the promotions/free bets they offer. Having queried this on three occasions through customer services I was told three different things! One advisor told me they could review my account however I was also told by another advisor they had e mailed me to tell me previously of their reasons, but I have never had any such e mail and i am not able to complain about this...? Awful customer service and can't give you a straight answer when you question their decisions. Closed my account as the final straw being they refused to give a free bet back on a rugby promotion that they were happy to let me bet on, but then decided I was not eligible for the free bet return on this 'as it was their discretion not to give it me'.”

“AVOID!!! I had a terrible experience :(( After depositing money as a new customer they suspended my account. I waited 1 hour 20min for customer support and after a woman checked my email she said someone will help me (about validation of my account) and no one absolutely noone showed up. I tried again a day after and the same thing. Customer service doesn't exist in paddypower. Avoid!!!!”

“I wouldnt even give it a one. customer service is very poor they rude and the games freeze and you lose out on bonus spins ect i would NOT recommend to anyone”

“Just joined paddy power. But it takes them absolutely ages to pay your winnings into your bank. Was with William hill before. And looks like I'll be going back. Takes up to 5 working days to get your winnings.. Used to take William hill 2 hours to pay your winnings in. Funny enough when your betting. Doesn't take them 5 days to take your money. That's done in a second. So bye paddy power.”

“I enjoy football bet builder and happy to lose 25p bets BUT bet builder is CLUNKY to use and UNFORGIVING when wrong selections are made as you cannot correct. Although small stakes allowed in bet builder, there's NO early CASH OUT and also the PP APP INTERFACE to track your progress is S#%t poor!”

“Take everything it’s not fair play at all I’ve seen the same patterns repeat so many times only paddy power wins everytime it’s massively rigged the computer roulette and blackjack will take every penny you have without hesitation I’ve lost 9.5k in less than 30 mins just to prove to myself how fixed these games where I don’t even care about the winnings at this point cause I realised I’ll get robbed by them everytime I play and I was right it keeps happening same patterns only so paddy profits I’m going to close my accounts thanks to paddy for literally cleaning me out taking all my money without a single good return I end up chasing bets because of the amount I gamble but I played for fun and ended up getting to serious avoid gambling with these scam sites I promise you will lose everything plus more and paddy is laughing straight to the bank, also the promotions are a slap in the players face after losing thousands to be getting 10p spins and scratch cards and a £15/20 for gaming is a absolute joke to be honest. Wow”

“Avoid, faceless company with no way of contacting other than via a ridiculous computer generated reply service. My account had been duplicated by others and logged me out and no way of contacting them. Shocking company and certainly not one you want to trust with your details especially bank details being uncontactable.”
