“Software is good and no glitches etc...... Thats as good as it gets. Played here on and off for years and its now not worth playing as it is mostly bots so whats the point ?? It used to be more human population but now it seems just 1 or 2 at a table at best, so where it supposed to be a community its now just as good as playing a slot game or something like it. CASHCOW”

“Never play in paddy power they are bigger scammers, you spend 2000 end you’re getting back 100 if you are lucky, please avoid paddy power if your don’t want to lose all your money and family, specially the one in Seven Sisters. “Trying to contact customer service due to some account issues that they had agreed to resolve already. After 40 minutes waiting a note came up ending the conversation and saying "resolved by agent". Nothing has been resolved. Opened a new chat and the virtual assistant said I needed to wait 10 minutes before it would transfer to an agent. Why??? After the 10 minutes, the virtual assistant said I would need to wait 59 minutes before it would transfer me. Their AI alleviates all of my worries about AI taking over the world, because it's just so so stupid. On top of this, their app CONSTANTLY drops the chat and the only way to get it back is to completely close the app and navigate back through all of the help sections to get the chat. It's very tedious being their customer and I feel like they owe me for my time. Absolutely ridiculous.”

“Deposited 1000 Pounds into my paddy power account, I was playing 5 pound spin slots.. one that you have to build yourself up in game to get a bonus with wild cards, I have hit when I say 500 plus wilds im not joking and I still haven't got the bonus. “And I'm the newest member to close their account.. I'm done with it.. For years I've been better and on slots and blackjack.. If you win a big amount 100 or 200 etc.. they will do everything to get that money back in the long term.. For example, I won on the man utd vs city cup final where united won, and I put £20 for united to win, I won over 300 on that bet, all of a sudden I'm constantly losing on slots.. But fair enough slots is luck right? How about black jack.. ? I've never seen the dealer get soooo many 20 and 21s.. I get blackjacks and so do they. I had to record it because no one would believe me.. I posted it on YouTube, paddypower should be really looked at.. its really bad.. I'm not rich, I just like to play the games.. and feel like I've got a chance to buy myself or my son or so on something nice.. But the fact they cheat people like they are it's embarrassing.. Go watch on YouTube and close your account.. On the videos I showed how they cheat people on slots and I even put some of my money on there just to prove my point.. I swear.. constant 20 and blackjacks during the whole game until I lost it all.. I'm done with this app/company.. after many years, i now realise why I've never won anything on slots or blackjack or anything else that you have full control of.. Football or sports uou have no control over the outcome.. that's why you always put the odds on your side but slots etc.. embarrassing.. really is...”

“Would leave zero stars if possible!!! Shocking ripoff company!! Placed a bet this afternoon on Buick to win two or more races at Haydock and Ryan Moore to win two or more races at Salisbury. Salisbury was abandoned without a race being held but they still settled the bet in their favour as I was told buick didn't win two races at haydock! Bet should have been void as soon as the Salisbury race meeting was cancelled. Had an "online chat" with one of their customer service morons, wazeer, and it took him half an hour to come to this decision!!! I have shut my account and gone to sky bet and advise you all to do the same.”
