“I get so excited each month when my reminder email comes through as I know I’ll soon get to open my delivery and smell the coffee- the gorgeous coffee! As if that wasn’t enough, they deal with requests and enquiries promptly back at the office too! First class coffee and first class service!”

“Ok so it’s always tempting to give a 5* review, but Pact put the work in, and I appreciate it. I enjoy the quality of the beans and the delicacy of the roast. I travel and I like the fact that I can just cancel the week’s delivery with the press of a button and don’t get nagged. If I was to change anything it’s that I’d like to see more top African arabica in the microlots.”

“Excellent coffee and a flexible, reliable service. As we are often away travelling it’s good to know we can pause our plan for a month and with the click of a button restart it again when we get home. Great company to deal with.”

“Great service, couldn’t be easier to get the best coffee delivered to your door with ease. Coffee plan is so easy to alter, if you have too much coffee, if you would like a different grind or if you have run out and you need it pronto! Tried a few coffee supplier but loving Pact Coffee and the service it provides!!”

“I like the fact that it comes frequently and the coffee changes regularly. The coffee itself has always been of high quality and the team that work there have been very accommodating to questions and queries. I'm only going 4 instead of 5 because it is noticeably more expensive than supermarket coffee”
