“I was given a gift voucher for Pact and have to say I am extremely impressed with both the coffee itself and the service provided by Pact. The coffee is delivered in a “flat pack” that fits a letterbox so no need to stay in either. Perfect!”

“First off - the good: Delivery and customer service is exceptional. I love that you get an email just before the coffee is sent asking if you need it urgently or if you want it delaying. And the not so good: I ticked a tasting profile box around what coffee I liked and the first batch definitely met those preferences, but the second was basically the opposite of what I like and what I'd ticked. The coffee itself is of a good standard but doesn't quite match the 'micro lot/premium' label. Don't get be wrong it is tasty and enjoyable, but it isn't as good as some other providers. But it is 2/3 the price. So swings and roundabouts I guess. Overall a great service, with a good product.”

“I love the coffee. I was getting tired of the same old coffee available elsewhere: bitter and burnt. I’ve had two different beans now from Pact and have really enjoyed both of them. Very simple, no pushy sales tactics and easy to skip the next batch if you are not quite ready.”

“Fast delivery, good quality coffee. I would personally prefer a lighter roast next time, I found it a bit too tangy and bitter. However the finish was amazing This wasn't down to the quality of the coffee itself however , it's just down to my personal preference. Looking forward to try different variation over the months.”

“I was introduced my a friend as I didn’t know where to buy coffee from next. I super impressed with how fresh the coffee is, how quickly it is delivered and the flavour is always amazing! I will continue to get my coffee from Pact and I will recommend it to anyone!”

“I received my first pack of Pact Coffee a month ago .The coffee is excellent and frankly , I will not be buying any brands from supermarkets now . I also like the fact that you can try different coffees to compare and I am advised when delivery is imminent . All in all , a good system and superb coffee .”

“Being a fan of coffee to pace my day, I was looking at a convenient and ethical way to get coffee beans and came across PACT a few weeks ago... I am a total convert! The coffee gets delivered through my door in a very convenient packaging, the communication is fantastic, and most of all... the coffee is wonderful!”

“I was referred to Pact Coffee when another service I used shut down. Now, I'm never without delicious and ethically sourced coffee whenever I need it at an extremely reasonable price.
