“I like the coffee, better than what is available on supermarket shelves, although dearer than local roasters provide. I guess you pay the extra for the convenience of it being delivered to you: problem is that lately, the products are being packed into bags that do not fit into my letterbox-this must be a new system, as first few packs were successfully delivered. Having to them visit the local parcel office a few days later is a bit of a chore, and defeats the purpose of having a fresh roast.”

“When I first took out my Select Plan subscription I was very impressed by how personal my Pact experience was. Now I feel slightly let down because last month I ended up with some coffee that I didn't ask for (they sold out of the one I'd picked at the last minute) and that I ended up paying for. So I now have a bag of coffee sat at home which was a waste of money, but whenever I try to complain I just get apologies and not much else. £7.99 for a bag of wasted coffee. Not very impressed.”

“Excellent service. The ability to accelerate or pause deliveries with a click of a button is fantastic and the package fits through the letter box! The coffee tastes great too. I am currently working through the different beans to find my favourite!”

“I'm not really a coffee drinker. The only time that I used to drink the occasional real coffee was after dinner, but usually in a restaurant or after having friends round. Then I was introduced to the Pact coffee offer through Naked Wines, and I thought, what a wonderful idea. Sign up for the delivery of ground coffee through the post and I would save them and give them away as presents. Then, one day about six months ago, I suddenly thought, why not open one of them and give it a go. In the back of one of my kitchen cupboards I discovered my old percolator which hadn't been used in over ten years ! A quick clean up and soon I had the aroma of fresh coffee filling the room. It wasn't long before I was tasting this brew to marvel at its smell, it's depth of flavour and taste, and a second mug soon followed. Needless to say, those saved up packs of different ground beans, with their different characters and different flavours, although some better than others, are now not going to be Christmas presents . Like a lot of things in life, some are acquired tastes. But my history of tea drinking has taken a lifetime of development and I have the rest of my life to try the equally varied and tasty coffees that will arrive at my door through Pact.”

“Pact Coffee has been great so far – really helped cut down my spend on expensive coffees at cafes. I'd like the opportunity to select/try a 'Micro Lot' coffee as a 1 off as part of my current subscription. Of course happy to pay the difference.”
