“Love this company! The coffee is so much nicer than supermarket coffee (I'm not usually much of a coffee drinker, but I feel this is the "tea" of coffee if that makes any sense - the flavours are so much more delicate). Customer service is also amazing and I love how flexible the plans are - no pressure. We're staying!”

“2 star service on getting the subscription going - (gift) - but the coffee (house) was actually very good. (4.5 star). Would I recommend - yes if the web site for new subscriptions is sorted - amending the subscription once it was live was actually very good. (4.5 star) - so would I recommend - not sure - as I would need to set up a new subscription to be able to give a view - but the coffee itself was very good. So on the basis of my experience (which hopefully will be sorted) would be a no to a recommendation. But give it go - as hopefully it has since been sorted in which case it would be yes - if it works ok.”

“The coffee arrives without problem, it is always delicious, and we enjoy the variety. The website is easy to use to control and amend the subscription. It is slightly more expensive than some other brands, because the farmers are fairly paid and the product is uniformly high quality.”

“I signed up to Pact with high expectations. However from the start I was messed around. I signed up via the free V60 kit only to be told I couldn't proceed with this unless I paid further money. I would suggest all new and existing customers to expect lots of hidden costs!”
