“I have been with pact for nearly a year and I am very happy with its services. The coffee itself is delicious and it's delivery flexible without small print catch. As a company they seem to be very decent about ethical side of a coffee business. I have been a fan of Planalto roast, which gives me a gentle kick in the morning. The grind seems perfect for either v60 or chemex. But it can be adjusted to needs of any type of coffee gadgets. The website is very easy to navigate. The only time mmy parcel got missing it was promptly resent without any reservations. The team seems like a nice bunch of people. My contact is Vanessa. The other thing about this service is that they don't try to sell anything. It's so far the only online service in the UK I am using regularly and I am not tempted to leave it for as long I remain in the country. Thanks for a great service.”

Hi Eldon, we hope you’re loving the coffee and our service! We’re sorry to hear that you have received the same coffee several times! The coffee picker is automated and although we hope you get different coffees each time, you are able to manually change the coffee via your account. An email will go out two days prior to every delivery informing you of the coffee being dispatched, so you can get in there and make any final amendments to make sure you'll be getting a coffee you will enjoy. “Really enjoying Pact Coffee. Get a delivery about every two weeks. It is easy to speed up or delay if you have used a bit less or a bit more. The information about the coffee origin is useful and interesting. The variety of flavour and texture is excellent. Nothing is bitter. All very fresh. And best of all not that much more cost than premium coffee from the shops.”

“I love high quality coffee and buy whole bean only to grind at home. Pact is doing a great job in terms of their ethics, sourcing it directly from farmers to bring it to consumers, and paying above fair trade price to growers. I would like to see more organic coffee offered by Pact, more African coffees (Ethiopian light roasted coffee with their blueberry notes is by far the best thing I’ve ever tried) and more variety in general. That said, their customer service is great and the shipping is super fast!”

We're always looking to expand our Direct Trade origins, so we hope you'll be as thrilled as we are to hear that Kenya has just joined our range as our eighth Direct Trade origin. The coffee we get on the menu each year depends on certain factors such as harvest and cost which is why some years we'll see more coffees from Ethiopia and Rwanda than others, but we hope this helps to expand the range in the right direction for your tastes!
