“Not only is the coffee amazing and targeted just to my taste. When I had a slight issue with my initial purchase then the customer service was even better than the coffee.”

“None of that jittery feeling when I’ve had a Costa coffee or such. Smells beautiful straight out the bag. I actually enjoy getting up in the morning to make one!! Maybe it’s a sign of my age... or maybe it’s a sign of a great product!”

“As far as pre-ground coffee goes, Pact is fantastic. It's noticeably fresher than anything you'll find in a supermarket and way more convenient (and varied) than buying from your local coffee shop.”

“Delivery was fast. The coffee beans are good, not exceptional. I prefer the chance to smell and taste the beans in person before I buy it. So online bean shopping isn't for me.”

“Pact Coffee makes having good coffee at home a lot easier with their options to have the coffee ground to suit the equipment one has at home. Would love for even more tips on how to better make coffee at home/make the most out of the coffee/ tasting the flavours”

We are working on biodegradable packaging in future, but in the meantime, coffee packaging can be recycled by cutting out the plastic valve for plastic recycling and the remaining bag in combination where Tetrapak is accepted.
