“Off to a fantastic start with Pact - quick to arrive and could IMMEDIATELY smell the difference in freshness. All the notes as described in the flavour profile were apparent, and more besides! Lots of information too, including what makes Pact a more ethical company [which, alongside the strong reviews, is what I look for in any company]. My V60 starter kit was very well put together. Have and would recommend Pact to all ethically-minded and bean obsessed pips!”

“Can’t fault the service, coffee came super quick, about a day from ordering. Taste amazing like something you would get from a cafe barista! Will be starting up my subscription again when I get paid because they day the coffee ran out my mornings were never the same.”

“My free V60 is a real treat. But I'm not so keen on the house coffee I bought. Much to bitter for my liking. The service was excellent. But I can't give a "very good" rating given my dislike of the coffee. I'm sure other varieties are good, so that's a shame.”

“Great tasting coffee and really convenient. However I can get just as good coffee from my local coffee shop for half the price, so it’s a little on the pricey side. Not an issue for most, but we are on a budget 😊”

“It’s funny as a none drinker of coffee, I was drawn to the option of having / trying good quality coffee without having to purchase a cafetière. Well I’m truly converted it’s delicious and as a one coffee a day person, the method of ordering truly suits me !!! Just Brilliant!!!”

“It's a very convenient service to have coffee magically appear at your doorstep whenever you need it but it would only be worth it if it was delicious. And Pact coffee tastes SO GOOD! It's such good coffee at a very reasonable price. I will never go back to grocery store coffee.”

“The grind on the coffee was not right. When trying to use this coffee with my espresso machine, water could not pass through the coffee in the portafilter. The coffee looked finely ground and the bag was labelled with espresso grind, so I will not be purchasing pact coffee again.”

“Not impressed with the taste of the coffee. Beans were ground too finely which made using the grinds difficult on our Gaggia machine with lots of grounds at the bottom of the cup. Sorry.....won’t be ordering more”

We’re sorry to hear that our fine grind was too fine for your machine! - All espresso machines behave a little different from each other so we've tried to cater for as many as possible with an almost 'Universal' espresso grind. Unfortunately it's not right for every machine, though!
