We’re also making coffee a force for good, with a 100% commitment to direct trade and an investment and training programme that helps farmers change their lives for better. “The coffee is freshly roasted and tastes very good. But heaven help you if there's an issue and you need to contact them. They've clearly grown too quickly - at the start, the customer service was great. Now it's non-existent. Just setup a plan and let it run and you'll be fine.”

“Great quality coffee, just not sold on the whole plan thing and the gift voucher I got as a present ended up being worthless as they offered the same discount for new joiners anyway”

“I like the fact that you can change your order any day you want to receive it. So if you are not ready for a new pack you just cancel for a week or however long you want. This is proper customer service. The coffee is really top notch and the prices delivered to your door are very reasonable. Whats not to like. Having moved from the UK for work I transferred delivery to my son and he loves it as well. This really is an innovative company with brilliant products reasonably priced. You can't go wrong”

“I have always been a huge coffee lover and one of those people that often spend 20+ minutes in front of the supermarket coffee section deciding which brand/variety/origin to pick next - then returning home eagerly awaiting that next new brew to compare. When I saw thisservice advertised - it looked great and initially thought i would give it a go based on the offer and thought I'd try a coffee then cancel (being honest) but from the first mouse click and the sign up process, customer service all through to the first sip of my first coffee - i suddenly realized what i was missing all this time. I honestly thought i had tried everything coffee wise but boy was I wrong. suddenly my coffee world was turned upside down and i had this new experience. Honestly, the first coffee I had from Pact was the best coffee I had ever tried - it was different - a break from the 'norm' and a real eye opener to proper coffee. I love the 'roasted on' and 'packed on' dates that show how fresh this is - that's the difference I think - it really means they get all the different flavors and aromas that normally get hidden by the 'burnt' element of the supermarket ones (even the expensive ones). The service they offer is truly fantastic and it has changed the way I enjoy coffee - I now await the next new coffee i receive from them and love trying different varieties (and yes, they are all DIFFERENT). Every coffee I have had so far has been different from the last and have all had their own unique taste - and have all been great on their own merit. I thank them for a great service and for opening my eyes to a new world of coffee - and extend my thanks to the great coffee farmers and suppliers as without their hard work and dedication - we wouldn't be enjoying this awesome beverage!”

“From the anticipation of my coffee choice arriving, to tearing off the top of the packet, so that the aroma of fresh roasted coffee takes you to your happy place, to grinding the beans and making a beautiful cafetiere of premier class coffee. One of the best things to arrive in my post!”

“Coffee tastes amazing. It's really easy to manage my account and pause my orders if I want. My only disappointment is the lack of variety of decaf coffee. Due to a health condition I can't drink caffeinated coffee so would like more selection of decaf”
