Hi Jane, we're thrilled to hear that you're loving the coffee and our service! I'm sorry you thought the V60 kit was ceramic. Unfortunately these do retail at a higher price point, so we wouldn't be able to offer this as a free incentive, and this would also increase postage costs due to the fragility of the item. However we do hope you enjoy your V60 which is durable, light and easy to carry around. “To be fair I was expecting a bit more . I have opened the bag and the flavor felt incredible .Unfortunately I was not impressed when prepared . Is just cofe...i have tried with the filter device that it comes with and is just cofe, a bit to salty (I donț like salty cofe). I have tried to use it with the Mocca device, not a big difference . So I am not so sure I can belong to the fan club”

Hi Paul, thank you for leaving a review of Pact’s coffee and service! We’re sorry to hear that you weren't impressed by our range. We source all our coffees direct from small farms around the world and regularly pick up Naturals and Honey/Pulped Naturals. Due to the small size of the lots we purchase, our menu is ever changing! At the moment we have two Naturals and two Pulped Naturals on the menu so be sure to check the menu regularly if you're looking for this process in particular! Very sorry for any disappointment, thanks so much for your review!
