“So far so good. I've only had one order so far. The coffee is far superior to the supermarket brought ones and I love the V60 filter thing. Never used one b4 and there is no mess like a cafetiere. Can't wait for my next regular order to come through the door.”

“Found the whole site very confusing with regard to ordering. We ended up with far more ground coffee than we wanted instead of capsules. Not at all intuitive. We consequently used up our gift voucher on products we did not want.”

“Just had my first cup of Planalto Decaf and I am in love! Delivery was really quick and packaging is perfect. But what really gets me is the full flavour of the coffee! Decaf can sometimes taste like diet soda but this does not at all. It's like fully leaded without the lead! Yummy!”

“I bought the coffee subscription for my dad and he’s absolutely loving it. He’s struggled for years to find good quality beans for his machine and the first variety Pact sent was immediately his new favourite. He’s one very happy man!”

“Coffee is surprisingly good. Very good breakfast coffee. Not many thrills for the price. But much better than supermarket sourced coffee. Price is reasonable. But the v50 (pour over device) is definitely an awesome design and so useful. Not universal filter paper sizes though. :( Overall a good coffee contender :)”

Hi Ellie, we're thrilled to hear that you're loving the coffee and our service! Just a little a about our pricing; whilst supermarkets buy commodity coffee at varying degrees of quality for a low price, we buy speciality coffee via Direct Trade with our suppliers. We guarantee farmers at least 25% above the Fairtrade price for their coffee and last year we paid 51% more. We hope that by giving farmers a decent price for their beans, they can be paid their worth and reinvest into their farms and community. We really do see this make an impact, and so with each coffee you receive, we let you know what difference Pact has made to the people who grew the coffee. As a result of this, and us delivering fresh coffee to your door at your convenience, we appreciate it's a bit more pricey than supermarket coffee, but we hope the difference speaks for itself. “I love the House blend and it is good value and pretty painless to order and get delivered. However I wish I could order it to arrive every month or get it from the supermarket as I only drink from my cafetiere on the weekends.”

“So pact coffee i have found to be an amazing company who really care about their customers and their coffee. The only problem was the taste of the first coffee that they sent me, it was one of their more expensive single lot coffees and it tasted like dishwater. I’d possibly give another coffee a go, however it better be more decent this time round.”
