“June 2020: My order was free delivery and arrived in under 24hrs time - fantastic service. The House blend coffee was as described and tastes great, the Hario cold brew pot was great value as it was comparable to Amazon's prices. Recommended.”

“This second choice of coffee is an improvement on my original choice. This coffee is very tasty and a little stronger which is how I like it. Regarding your delivery that went missing, while I understand that advertising is essential for you it provides anyone who is a little light fingered on the delivery chain the opportunity to grab a free drink.”

“I really enjoyed Zaroca coffee and the customer service. However, I would like there to be a wider range of coffees, as I don't particularly enjoy fruit flavours, and now it looks like the Zaroca has discontinued.”

“I bought this for my daughter. She was used to getting take out coffee in Australia and after lockdown this was one of the things she missed. Since getting Pact coffee and the filter, she has treated herself to a milk frother and happily drinks home made coffee.”

“Excellent range of coffees for this Espresso fan - and it drops through the door at regular intervals. This is a fine service! Also very rapid response when I contacted to say I didn’t need filter papers - refund on the way. Thank you.”

“Great coffee. I use ground and Nespresso compatible capsules Both are delivered to my door at regular intervals of my choosing. I think, for the quality, and delivery, the price is very fair. Communication from the company is excellent. You may tell i'm a fan.”

“A great service. The coffee is beautifully packed and really good quality. Lots of choice and at a reasonable price. I used an NHS discount for my first order. The only issues I had were discount codes not being recognised on a couple of occasions. I received quick response from customer services as to why and offering help though. Would recommend this coffee .”

“Delicious, unique coffee every time. Have had 3 deliveries so far and I loved them all. Also love it fits through your letterbox and is packaged in paper, not plastic. Would be good to receive a delivery tracking link so I can see when the coffee is due to arrive exactly though.”

“We really love the coffee we receive from pact. However, we would definitely enjoy it more if there were more options for decaffeinated coffee. That said, this review is still 5 stars because the quality of the decaf coffee we do buy is excellent, with a good depth of flavour.”

“Delicious coffee. I like that I get a different one to try each time. So far extremely impressed!! Also like that the coffee comes straight from the farmers and we get to learn about them and their business. It’s good that I have full control over the frequency of my deliveries as I had originally requested once per every 4 weeks, but the coffee was so delicious I went and drank it all within 2 weeks! So was able to get an immediate order and also increase frequency of future deliveries. Excellent service for excellent coffee.”
