“I’m not a ‘subscriber’ usually. Generally buy once I’ve tasted but thought I’d give Pact a go and was pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous aromas and quality of the coffee. Customer service is great and they are always friendly and professional. I’m loving my little ritual of making the coffee with the filter, it’s just a few minutes but makes me take a moment in what are relentlessly busy days. 👌🏼🙏🏼”

“The 3 coffees I have had so far were all superb and very very tasty, I especially like the fruit and nut espresso which is possibly the nicest coffee I have ever tasted. Customer service is second to none, when Royal Mail damaged one of the packs It was replaced free of charge arriving with 48 hours of me notifying Pact. I can’t recommend Pact Coffee highly enough. I will be a regular customer going forward.”

“Simply very good coffee from a good fair source. Love the tasting notes and the information on how the coffee is processed. Really easy to manage. I went away for a week and so did not need the coffee delivery. Pact had already emailed to let me know then next pack was on the way and I one clicked link I had skipped the supply for one week. Absolutely recommend!”

“The people over at pact have made a purchasing, unboxing and tasting experience that’s amazing. Superior to any other coffee roasters I’ve tried, both in terms of taste and presentation. The information card about the beans you’ve bought and the pact coffee booklet just make the whole thing feel worth it.”

“I must admit it took me a few cups to appreciate the true value of Pact Coffee, but then you realise: the deep and subtle taste; the sheer consistency. Coffee as good as this is a luxury, but one I hope I can carry on enjoying.”

“Really impressed with the quality of coffee - I don't normally like filter coffee but Pact's coffee has changed my mind because it tastes so good (even the house blend!). The monthly cost is more than I'd normally pay (I'm a student so I'm all about the lowest-priced ground coffee in the supermarket) BUT I am so impressed by their commitment to trading fairly with coffee farmers that I think I will be switching permanently, or will at least continue my subscription and gradually reduce my reliance on non-fair-traded Lavazza, or lower-paid Fairtrade coffees. I think the idea is fantastic, and as a busy final year it was great to receive my coffee in the post rather than spending the time and energy to pick a pack off the shelf; the option to pause and adjust gives me great flexibility. I've so far only had my first delivery as I have so much old coffee (ground and instant) to get through, but I look forward to my next one!”

“Very nice tasting coffee with a smooth aroma with a noticeable difference to your standard bagged supermarket brews. My small concern was it was ground too fine to be used on my espresso pump machine. Needless to say I can still use it in my stovetop espresso maker.”
