We’re also making coffee a force for good, with a 100% commitment to direct trade and an investment and training programme that helps farmers change their lives for better. “I find the coffee selection quite limited and a bit boring. You don't tend to have many interesting coffees, like naturals for instance, really exciting fruity and boozy coffees.”

Hi Annabelle, thank you for your review! We hope you're enjoying the service, but we're sorry to hear that you're not wowed by the range - we do get naturals and other boozy coffees on the menu throughout the year, although these are usually in our Filter range rather than Espresso, as we have found that naturals can be a little divisive in espresso-based beverages in our customer base! “Really love the options of how you receive your subscription. Being able to delay a delivery and change how you receive the actual coffee, from whole bean to one of a number of grind sizes, allows the flexibility you need to suit your current situation when each order is due. The variety is great too, especially with the occasional special ones thrown in!”

“Love the many choices of coffee on offer. Love tasting so many different coffees. Love the fact that i can change the default coffee selection and that i can change delivery date with great ease.Honestly cant think of anything bad to say about pact. Great service.”

“I love pact and I can't recommend then enough! Things I'd want as a customer would be an app! You can put all the promotion discounts and stuff like that via the app so it's easier to trace and more environmentally friendly. #ItsTimeForThePercolator”

“Cracking coffee beans (I buy them whole)! Each delivery is always fresh and on time. Very easy to order more as a one-off, change the delivery schedule, or cancel a delivery. 10/10!!”
