“love it! Not sure what else to say really as the flavour and intensity is just perfect - wrap that up in the love and attention the beans get before I brew my coffee and you cant do better than that!”

“Pact is a great concept and I’m pleased for my purchase to support social and environmental causes. Customer service is also great. However would love to see the functionality to purchase single bags of coffee (I keep having to push back my subscription as I don’t drink it quickly enough).”

Hi Sapphire, we're thrilled to hear that you're loving the coffee and our service! Although Pact is technically a subscription service, it is one that can be cancelled at any time. We’ve also made sure it isn’t a rigid type of subscription - that ties you into getting coffee you don’t want - you can pause, reschedule and even bring forward deliveries all on your Pact Account Page. Our coffee's always available to buy as one-off purchases through the shop here, but the subscription will get you the best member's price! And then of course I’m always on-hand to help out if you have any questions or problems. Thanks for your review, and for being a part of Pact - you've made us who we are today.

“Once you go PACT you can never go back 😀 I am just in love. This is absolutely my fave coffee. When I make myself a cup then I am in my happy place. Love the email communication, user friendly site to browse and free wine. Only suggestion is to make a more environment friendly packaging I guess. Great though that it gives back to the farmers. Try it before you so it is not for you 😍”

“I was with these other guys, bean to door, who were quite good, but then they emailed me to say that they were shutting down and that I should move to ‘Pact’ who do exactly the same thing, but happen to be £2 a month more expensive! Whole thing feels very suspicious to me....”
