“Absolutely loving Pact Coffee, each pouch has been amazing so far! Our first order was a promotional offer but we are well and truly hooked now and look forward to our deliveries. Super impressed with both the quality and service. I love receiving updates on your farmers who are behind these incredible beans too, it's a lovely touch.”

“The subscription service is great, i get a new pack every month and you can change your package whenever you want depending on your price. Would recommend. Only reason i gave a 4 star is i got the premium one and was a bit disappointed as i couldnt taste the peach sherbet notes asadvertised”

Hi Sam, we're thrilled to hear that you're loving the coffee and our service! While we hope you're enjoying all the coffees you've had so far we are sorry that the flavour notes didn't shine through on your recent order. When it comes to flavour notes on the coffees, these are described by our Head of Coffee, Will, and is based on what he tastes - which will be quite different to your own palate! So although it's a good guide, what you taste is subjective to your own tastes and can be different to what Will has said. It also depends on how you brew it as practice makes perfect so after a few brewing attempts you might be able to bring out the flavours of the coffee a little more strongly. “Was impressed to start with, coffee was very nice, then I shared my code and was told I'd get £5 off my next order, I didn't get £5 off my next order, I emailed customer services but have not had a reply.”

“The coffee is good. The packaging is not recyclable because of the mixed materials. Is there a way you could fix this please? If this can’t be done then I will not continue with Pact.”

We’re sorry to hear that you wouldn't continue with Pact based on the packaging but we completely understand where you're coming from. The coffee bags can currently be recycled at certain locations for composite materials when you separate the hard plastic valve from the rest of the bag but we are working on a curbside-recyclable solution. “Smells lovely when you open the packet for the first time, chocolate-y and inviting. It didn't really taste anything like that though. It took us a while to get the right amount into the filter paper,large scoop at first was too strong, then less and too much water was too weak and now we have got used to it and worked out the quantities we like it! I think it only makes one cup for one person. We were wondering whether to get another filter set so we can have a cup each. Can this coffee be put in a percolator too? Will order a new batch soon.”

Hi there, we're thrilled to hear that you're loving the coffee and our service! Sorry to hear that it took a few tries to get the brew right for your taste - when brewing by hand it can take a few go's to work out what's best for your taste. The free Hario V60 kit you received with your first order can brew up to 4 cups of coffee - just pop it on top of a jug or decanter and brew away! This coffee can be used in a cafetiere although we would recommend a coarser grind for best results. “Smooth and full of flavour. I have a very fussy other half who hates bitter coffee. I was after the dripper cup filter, and took a chance on the coffee. It's perfect and I have a very happy other half (always a winner)”
