“Super coffee, good variety, super convenient, just a little too pricy...”

Hi Ed, we're thrilled to hear you're enjoying the coffee! We try to keep costs as low as we can whilst ensuring the farmer gets a good deal and you still get First Class postage on all orders. “Having recently updated to a better coffee maker we thought we would try better coffee as well. It was such an improvement over the M&S coffee we previously used that we continue using Pact coffee as our "best" coffee while using M&S Columbian up when we run out. Not all Pact coffees have been our favourites but that does not mean that they had faults, just that by experimenting we have found the styles that suit us best (medium roast, contra to the dark roast that I expected). I forsee us continuing to use Pact in the future as our suppliers of "best coffee".”

“fast, fresh, delicious. Gift card system isn't great though (receiver hast to contact customer service to validate gift card, dripper didn't initially arrive)”
