“I was really impressed with both the coffee brewer I purchased and the associated price. Also, the customer service was absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond - it is an important part of the organisation as well as the products themselves. Also, the coffee is really lovely. I would highly recommend.”

“Both my boyfriend and my mum love their coffee. Great options for different brewing methods, arrived quickly after being notified by email about dispatch. I emailed customer service after placing my first offer about an offer they were running and got it sorted super quickly for me. Great service!”

“I am subscribed to this brand, which says a lot. The house blend for pour over is absolutely my favourite. I have tried many, but only a few survive the test. I am fussy to an obsessive level, so please regard this as a premium taste. You will not regret it.”

“This is a great company and wish I knew about it earlier, during lockdown I thought I'd learn how to properly brew coffee which made me realise I needed quality beans. Pact have given great service, fast delivery and excellent quality beans - no regrets so far and looking forward to more!”
