“Deceptively fantastic coffee that sneaks up on you and vacated leaving a smooth feeling on the pallet. My only concern is having lived on this stuff for a week now I’m totally hooked - no going back to that other so called premium pod !”

“I love the quality of the coffee but it doesn't feel like you get enough for the amount that you're paying. Me and my partner drink 1 coffee a day each. Sometimes two on weekends and we already ran out of coffee in our first month which is a shame because I gauged how much we'd need off the recommendation on the site, so potentially need just a little bit more in the bag to make the subscription really worth while.”

“Tasty coffee, seemingly good ethical credentials. Not cheap, but there are more expensive coffees out there and I don't think the prices are unreasonable. I'd rather they didn't send paper adverts with every order, but other than that I think they're great.”

“I'm impressed with the product and the service. It's really easy to change the frequency of deliveries, or speed I've up in a caffeine emergency. It's really great that they do all this while paying the coffee producers properly. I'll keep this plan for life if I can”

“Early days but I'm hoping there is more variety of coffee coming. We've enjoyed the 3 different coffees received, and are hoping we will get some new ones in the next batch. I can say service is good, and delivery is rapid.”

The House Plan that you have in your account is just for our House Blend which is the same all-year-round, so this particular Plan won't vary much we're afraid - however your Select Plan will be a different variety every time. We do also vary the decaf option throughout the year so you can try something different. “Excellent coffee, some of the best i've ever tasted. Just wish it was a bit cheaper so i could justify keeping the subscription rolling - can't help feeling that letterbox friendly packaging would keep the postage cost down and i hope they hit scale that brings 1kg of decent beans down to the £20-30 mark delivered.”

Hi Stephen, we're thrilled to hear that you're loving the coffee and our service! Whilst we do appreciate that we are not the cheapest, we are proud to be working directly with farmers and paying them a fair wage. Unfortunately, if we did provide 1kg bags of coffee for home customers, these would not be letterbox friendly and would have the additional inconvenience of being collected from the Post Office, which we would not want. “Very quick and responsive service. I often vary my order depending on how much I want to spend or how much coffee I wish to receive and it always updates very quickly. Lots of information on flavour profiles and order options tailored to different uses (be it frenchpress, stove top or filter). That filters for aero press and drip filters are available is also very helpful as I needn’t have to buy anything separately for my coffee consuming needs.”
