“Makes me wonder why I have been drinking supermarket coffee all this time. Excellent customer service and V60 filter an added bonus if I just want to make one cup.”

“Lovely coffee, definitely better with the drip method rather than using a coffee maker machine, it was a bit weak in the machine. Will definitely keep my subscription going.”

“My first pack arrived a couple of days ago and man this is good coffee (I got the select Colombian Miraflores Toledo), the fact that it came with a free Hario v60 is amazing, that and the fact that you're not bound into a subscription makes at least giving Pact a go a no brainer, so yeah well done, really good marketing. This genuinely just feels like an honest company committed to customer experience. My package arrived two days after ordering, four days after it was roasted! So far I've nothing less that great feedback for Pact coffee, can highly recommend them if this is your kind of thing, can't wait to taste whatever they pick out for me next time.”

“Great coffee and filter pot, however, they do not warn you that you are put into a subscription payment plan on buying it. So, although it might taste nice, the customer service is not good!”

When you sign up for a Plan with us rather than a one-off order, we do try to make it clear at every step that it is a subscription, as you have to enter a frequency of deliveries, as well as seeing an order confirmation that confirms that it is a regular delivery. “I had the decaffeinated coffee, the flavour was nice but I would have preferred it to be stronger. Unfortunately I have never found a decaffeinated coffee that has a strong full bodied taste.”

“It is strong, and well flavoured, I got the house brand, and I felt pampered again with real coffee! Something special to come home to now that I am saving a little by not buying loads of barista coffee in the cafe's!”
