“I love filter coffee but had not enjoyed it recently until I had the Pact coffee delivered and now it’s amazing. I look forward to my coffee but the trouble is the rest of the family do too so I’ve ended up reordering a packet a week. It’s amazing and it fits through the letterbox so no hassle.”

“Really good speedy service. Only tried one flavour of coffee so far but very nice. Also get a free dripper and filters with first order!!! Looking forward to my next flavour.. Would like bigger bags if an option?? Thanks..”

“Coffee is super fresh and packaging isn't too big etc. But I wish there was more choice in regards to a darker or lighter blend. I understand you can buy 2 levels of subscription and buy additional coffee in a few more blends. But I wish there was more choice for the more basic subscriptions”

“I originally subscribed to Pact because my local supermarket was empty, but now I have to say that my morning coffee is one of the highlights of my lockdown existence. I was initially sceptical that my untrained palate would be able to distinguish between one coffee and another but I have been pleased to discover that different coffees taste .. well .. different. The variety sent has been good and despite the uncertainties in postal service deliveries have arrived promptly. One thing I would appreciate is the possibility to buy larger amounts of favourite coffees with reasonable discount!”

“I’ve only had 1 batch of coffee since I joined. The 2nd batch was supposed to be sent on 15th April but I still haven’t received it (27th). The payment for the 2nd batch was taken on the 16th. I’ve been without coffee for over a week and am now going to buy it from a supermarket. Unlikely that I will continue my membership”
