“Delivery was very quick and item arrived in perfect condition but wasn't blown away by the coffee. Didn't seem to have much depth, might need to add more to my cafetiere but think I was already quite generous. Was pretty disappointed to be honest, as I'd heard good things about Pact from someone in the industry. Unsure about maintaining my subscription now.”

“Delivery was very swift and the customer service was fantastic. I got in touch to say the coffee hadn't tasted quite right, and the team immediately sent out a new bag in a different grind.”

“My overall experience is very good. Direct trade is what got me to try our Pact when I first moved to the UK. The coffee is mostly good too; once a while I would get a bag that is slightly less than ideal but nothing that I can’t manage. Keep up the good work!!!”

“I love how customisable Pact Coffee is, from choosing the coffee to adjusting how often I receive my orders. Every coffee I have received so far has been absolutely delicious and knowing that it has been ethically sourced is just the perfect foam on top of the latte for me!”

“We moved to the UK and struggled to find anyone locally that roasted their own beans. Luckily (or creepily) my Instagram ads knew that I was looking for excellent coffee. So I clicked on the ad and I am so glad I did. We love the coffee and the customer service has been excellent. I love how user friendly their website is. I also love the feature where you can speed up your coffee delivery with one click on their email updates. Anyway, I love it. I recommend it. Make your mornings happier with small batch coffee beans!”

“I have used Pact Coffee for some time now. The service is excellent. It is prompt and flexible. Tweeting my order is absolutely no problem to the team. And the coffee has been brilliant! I can say honestly that, since using Pact beans, I have not bought a coffee in a cafe because it simply does not measure up. Thanks for a great product and a fabulous service!”

“Fantastic service. My only gripes being: 1. The provided rating system doesn't seem to have any impact on the next suggestion 2. The hugely wasteful commercial marketing I get sent with my order. Unnecessary and gets thrown out straight away”
