“The products are great and varieties each month is delivered. The cost is reasonable with good quality of coffee. The delivery is fast with replacement of damaged package when it was soaking wet from the rain. The system is good with the reminder of delivery so if you want to change date of delivery then it's easy to do so. Website is easy to use and managing my account. Customer services are very quick and dealt with problems promptly. I have been a customer for some years and a very happy one!! I recommended to my office manager to install it at work too.”

“Great coffee, love the filter system. Only downer is lack of choice of coffee, had only one option and colour of the filter. Other then that lovely tasting easy to make coffee”

“I find that the coffee varies quite a lot from one type to another, which is a good thing, but there are some that I like a lot better than others. Instead of dairy milk I use oat drink - specifically Oatley Barista which tastes great in coffee. It’s compatible with every coffee and tea I’ve come across except for Pact Coffee coffees, unfortunately - and it’s not just one of the coffees you offer - it’s every one I’ve tried. The latest drink just makes the coffee curdle.”

Some of our coffees can be too acidic to pair with non-dairy milk but I am sure we can recommend a coffee better suited to oat milk. “I am new to Pact coffee but am very pleased with the service. Its great that I can adjust the dates when the next delivery is made as I always know when its scheduled. I will try some different beans in the future but the house roast is excellent”

“Ok, as I haven’t yet started The coffee you’ve placed on my dashboard this is where I’m at: first coffee finished Kaliluni, excellent and as the first I’ll give it 5/5, the second,Asamoprusma just, hasn’t hit that magic spot, not the required punch for my taste so I can only give it 2/5, from the ‘snap shot’ of the Xmas advent Calendar I received as a present liked Karina Peaberry and the Don George too, does this help. The 2/5 may sound measley, I don’t mean I didn’t like it, it was nice enough and on the dashboard rating I’d have had to select ‘liked’’ as there is no option to say”but not liked anywhere near as much as Kaliluni. Two choices aren’t enough as all 25 of the advent cal. We’re nice, just some nicer and some much nicer Regards”
