“'Founder' customer. Pact have always provided seasonational customer service. Recently upgraded to Mirco Lot coffees, all of which have been delightful. The offer of limited editions in recent months has also been a revelation as it has allowed us to try rare coffees. A fantastic company with a flexible model designed to meet customer need. Thank you.”

“Really impressed with Pact Coffee - we have had two orders now and have been impressed with both. We loved the fact you got the dripper free and you can choose with coffee you get each month. We have taken out two subscriptions in our house! We will definitely be carrying it on”

“I used to work for a small coffee roasters while studying at uni and since that time I couldn't find really fresh, honest coffee that I would truly enjoy. That was until I tried Pact. I know how high quality fresh coffee is supposed to taste like and this is it. And I only tried House Roast so far which is really affordable considering the quality which just speaks for itself.”

“I’m very impressed with my first batch of coffee from pact, service was prompt, the package came very quickly. Great quality coffee and the free drip coffee maker is great, already two people from my office have been converted to your products. They have now made orders of their own!”

“The coffee is head and shoulders above supermarket beans - a simple smell test comparison always amazes guests. Recently an order went missing in the post, and Pact customer service was flawless and good-humoured. Well worth the money.”

“PACT COFFEE I’ve ordered the first bag because of free dripper and to be honest I couldn’t be happier! House coffee which I received next day is lovely. Smooth, balanced, strong and my kitchen smells like roastery in the morning. I’ll be definitely ordering more, as I cannot wait to explore their other blends. Highly recommended”

“Pact overall as a company is a very successful and a brilliant idea for trying new coffees and for a unique gift. I have only known of and used pact for a couple of months but I have experienced good customer service and some really nice coffees. I like that you can chose you shipping dates and your coffee under the select plan and overall I’m really impressed with pact. The only improvement I could possibly think of would to have more of a selection of coffees that aren’t all darker roasts”

As a small business we are always working to increase the number of coffees across our range, bit by bit. We have a large range of medium to dark roasts on our menu from customer feedback, but we always ensure that there are at least two lighter roasts on the menu to pick from at a time that change on the menu. “Delivery is always on time and exactly what I ordered every time! Coffee is fresh and tasty, I brew differently at home than at work so order two different kinds and it's always been great so far. The packets tell you the date the coffee was roasted and packed and even has the name of the person who packed it which is a nice personal touch! Thanks Emily for my last batch! Nothing but good things to say about pact and would recommend to anyone who enjoys a good coffee. Cheers!”
