“I love pact coffee, it always smells and tastes great. I also love that they grind it the coffee to order. The only thing that could be improved is the price.”

“Excellent company ethos and fantastic coffee. It's such a convenient service to use as they simply post the coffee through the letterbox. Yes, it's expensive, but it's great to know they're treating the chain fairly.”

“The coffee is expensive but good. As soon as you have a question about cancelling or the coffee in particular, the customer ‘service’ stops responding. Awful.”

“My very first order (House coffee with V60 dripper) arrived so quickly that I was initially confused as to what the package awaiting for me at home was! Not only was the dispatch and delivery super quick, but the beans had been roasted and ground 2 days before hand! The dripper is super easy to use and clean, and came with more than enough filters to start me off. The coffee itself, the main subject here, is also super delicious! Took a couple of cups to get used to it (I'm so used to instant, shame on me, I know) but I cannot fault it at all! So pleased with my first purchase, that I upgraded to the next tier coffee just to give it a try, too! Excellent company, friendly, personable and clearly take great pride in what they do!”

“I really like the communication. Regular and to the point but not overbearing. The coffee is great and I love the packaging. Fits through a letter box but also stands up on the work surface. I've loved all the different coffees but don't know how to let you know which one I want. Random is nice to start with but I want to know how to choose....thanks”

“Absolutely delicious coffee, we love Planalto especially. The best coffee you’ll ever taste. Stopped wasting money on ‘just ok’ brands and treat ourselves monthly to this one. Highly recommend Pact and their delivery speed is super fast too.”
