“I am NOT happy about my order is didn't receive it and when I contacted customer service they didn't do anything but take up my time”

“Pact coffee is amazing! For a busy person like myself who doesn’t have time to shop round for great beans I’m so grateful that I have found a reliable source who automatically sends me them. I can edit my order to my preference, change how often the beans come, change what type of beans are coming right up to the last minute depending on what I fancy, they give you great variety to choose from and thankfully, there website is easy to use with a great design. All in all, I’d highly recommend them to anyone who wants a first class experience with speciality coffee right from your home.”

“I like how the orders can go through with just one click but sometimes it almost too quick in a sense that there's no way of cancelling it, and what you can do is just to wait for it to arrive and refund it”

Hi Lydia, thank you for your review and feedback! We keep our website caffeinated, so sometimes these orders can be whizzed off for a speedy dispatch. However, once set up with a frequency, you'll always be notified of your next delivery 2 days prior to it being out, allowing you to amend anything you may need to. I hope this helps. “As a coffee lover, taste is important to me. Shop bought coffee doesn't do it for me anymore especially since discovering Pact coffees which have a fuller flavour and distinct taste.”

“I love receiving my pact coffee. They let you know before hand that it is ready to be dispatched. The coffee is far superior to any I've bought from other sites and especially from supermarket. Any enquires are dealt with promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend to anyone and I won't be buying my coffee from anywhere else in the future.”

“I look forward to receiving my coffee beans every mouth. The coffee is so lovely I just add a little pinch of rock salt to it. It bring out more of the flavour try it & you'll see what it mean.😉”

Our coffee selection can change from every week to every month, so it would be difficult to manage a mailing list at the rate the coffees switch. “Excellent website, wonderful coffee, perfect service. I particularly like the ease in which I can delay or cancel a delivery of my subscription. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pact coffee.”
