“Love receiving a different and beautifully fresh coffee selection every fortnight - excellent variety and most taste beautiful. Being able to postpone, skip or accelerate orders is fantastic if I'm away for a while or drinking more than usual. Would definitely recommend!”

“I wanted a provider of coffee other than Tesco or Waitrose (or other supermarket). PACT was reviewed positively and for the last 4 or 5 months I have been receiving a pack fortnightly. The people seem friendly enough, the system works well and the coffees are OK. I have a (nominally) two cup espresso pot which produces about 12cc coffee which I top up with 5-10 cc hot water ... the same as I would normally request at cafés. None of them replicate the taste of the better coffee shops, especially those in Europe. Maybe that's OK, as I don't intend to get obsessive about coffee. Some months you might get two deliveries of the same coffee, but I think that goes with the territory when dealing with smaller companies, its not a problem.”

“Overall I think Pact is an awesome service. I haven't used any other coffee delivery services so can't make a comparison. But for good coffee I am used to dropping £10 per bag in a local store; so £8 for the 'select' varieties sits OK with me. The variety of different coffees is great, and there seems to be something new often enough. The tasting notes and info about each coffee is great. I use this for coffee at home and with a few colleagues at work; super useful having it delivered. A few suggestions I'd make to Pact: - Maybe slightly redesign the like-dislike 'ratings' system. I don't think there's ever going to be a coffee you source that I don't like, so would never use the dislike button. Therefore I'll be 'liking' everything and there's no way of recording which I like more. Maybe a third option; love, like, dislike. Or star system. - Take a leaf out of (for example) Beer52's book and gamify it a bit. Introduce a points/loyalty system. Points for continued loyalty, extra points for maybe writing little reviews. Then over time, maybe the points can be used to upgrade a 'select' pack to a 'micro-lot'. Or maybe even a free bag ;) I think Pact could have a lot of fun introducing a system like this. - Introduce an option to opt out of the 'suggested offers' that come with every pack. If i don't want the gourmet dog food coupon code one week, I probably won't want it the following 52 weeks. It's just something I have to chuck in the recycling bin every delivery. A few suggestions to make an already very good service excellent. Cheers!”

“Fantastic service, coffee has always arrived the next day after it has been shipped, love the ability to alter how often you receive new beans. Beans smell fantastic when you open the packet and i always look forward to receiving the next months coffee! 11/10 service and have recommended to all of my friends who are coffee drinkers!”
