“Hadn’t tried coffee for around 15 years when my only experience of it then was instant stuff which left a horrible aftertaste. I decided to try the pact coffee on a whim knowing how tastes change with age. Bought myself a cafetière and selected the house blend and eagerly awaited the postman. Once is came I got cracking and made my first cup, the aroma through the house was great and the taste was fantastic, I firstly tried it with no sugar or milk and then settled on 1 sugar and a splash of milk. Can’t wait for my next pack to arrive”

“Taste of the coffee is nice but the pods aren't up to standard my machine is struggling to pass water through them to the point we're machine turn's itself off I feel if I carry on using them it may damage my machine”

“Great coffee, excellent customer service, but I've had a few problems getting the pods to engage properly with the machine, meaning I've wasted a few. I seem to have resolved the issue myself by piercing the foil slightly before putting the pod in the machine. I prefer the stronger options too, but all taste really good.”

“High quality coffee beans delivered in a very convenient fashion. Love the fact you can choose how often to receive your packages & have the option to pause them when you have enough coffee to last for a while!”

“Pods are nice alone but not great mixed with plant mills, such a shame as I like a flat white on days when I’m fancying a coffee so I won’t be re ordering the pods”

“The online experience is good, the web site helps you to narrow down the type of coffee you may like. They have all sorts of coffees and various ways of preparing them. Now the coffee, I ordered Fazenda Chapada. The coffee is smooth, I made by using the v60. The coffee is nice, it was smooth. I like that on the packaging it tells when the coffee was prepared for you.”
