We’re also making coffee a force for good, with a 100% commitment to direct trade and an investment and training programme that helps farmers change their lives for better. “Excellent selection of coffees, for which I know the producers are being paid a fair price. Very flexible web site in terms of being able to accelerate a delivery, or pause if you have too much coffee already!”

“I was lucky enough to visit a coffee plantation recently and I had the terrible realisation that the supermarket coffee that I was drinking at home was really poor quality. Upon returning to the UK, I sought out a coffee supplier to match my newfound expectations. Pact have done that.”

“Great coffee and a really simple and honest website. I don’t get spam emails as I opted out and they respect that. The beans are quickly delivered and easy to track. Sadly the best coffee they offer is a little too pricey for me but I’ve gone for the middle plan and it’s still delicious!”

“I had used Pact for a while a few years back, I had always been very impressed with the coffee, however, this time choosing the house definitely felt like a step down in terms of quality and flavor. It's still nice coffee but I would be less inclined to recommend it to a friend. At £6 / bag I'm not sure its' 2x-3x nicer than some of the award winning coffee from Lidl... I am not meaning to be hars here i am a fan of pact and what you are trying to achieve just trying to give some honest feedback. blessings graham”

The House Coffee is a fairly new introduction to the Pact menu, so it sounds like you were enjoying our single origin coffees previously, which were higher quality per coffee type than the House. “I am something of a coffee snob. My son directed me to your site, an opportunity for him to benefit from a discount. I decided to try the more expensive coffee you had on offer. I was most disappointed with what I recieved. Since I had a discount to use up I ordered a different but equally expensive coffee. This was much better but, I am not sure I would risk paying such a premium price for a hit or miss experience.”
