“Pact Coffee is just awesome! The coffee is outstanding and there's always new coffees to try if you're adventurous and like to explore different flavours. The website is easy to use and the customer service is excellent - always polite and prompt and they always resolve issues without any quibbles. “Lovely coffee, fast delivery. House roast is nice but I like that you can upgrade to more specialist blends as well”

“I love recieving different coffee from different countries around the world.I love tasting differents flavours of coffee and whilst helping other countries out as i know the money i pay for the coffee i recieve goes towards where the coffee has come.i really recommend pact coffee to everybody.”

“Whenever I need beans, they are so quick to arrive! Pact coffee offers a great variety of flavours from different parts of the world and my favourite part is that you’re not locked in, you can skip orders whenever you need to and fast track orders when running low. I’m so happy with the service!”

“Fantastic coffee, outstanding service when something was missing from my order and smooth ordering and delivery processes. It was so easy to reduce my delivery frequency after we had been on holiday and had stockpiled quite a few. Will definitely be included easing when I need more coffee again”

“My Pact coffee is the highlight of my morning. My favourite coffee is the Planalto, but I like having the option to try other coffee too. I love the flexibility of my subscription - if I have a little too much coffee I push my order back a few days; and if I have friends visiting, I bring it forward. I would 100% recommend Pact to anyone who loves coffee.”

Hi Roo, we hope you’re loving the coffee and our service! We're sorry to hear that you aren't too happy with our decaf options, though! Decaffeination as a process is unfortunately very expensive and we can currently only offer one coffee at a time! We do try and change up the coffee from time to time but I can appreciate if you're looking for more variety! As we grow, we're hoping to be able to offer more decaffeinated coffees! “I'm disappointed that you don't do ground coffee in decaff and I'm starting to find the coffee quite bitter so might need to change from the house blend to another. I want to put my order on hold but don't seem to be able to do this anymore?? Overall very good service and comes very next day.”

“I like Pact a lot. I'm not convinced by the selection algorithm though as despite always ticking that I don't like the citrus flavours I still get sent coffee that is tastes like marmalade or orange. That aside, great product, great service.”
