“Totally dissapointed... Ordered some coffee as part of a promotion which involved a free dripper, only to be charged for the dripper. To add to the insult they keep sending me coffee without me asking for any. I assumed it was an order on demand service. Wont be using again. Want a refund for items not ordered but sent. Appaling.”

We have reached out to your privately also to reassure you that your first order with a free V60 did go through ok and you were only charged for the coffee. For your following order, the way Pact works is on a Plan basis but one that you can skip, cancel, pause all from your Account page giving you total flexibility and we always email to let you know when your next coffee is due to ship to give you the chance to do this. “Love it! I can delay my coffee delivery. I never run out these days. The coffee is stronger and got more caffeine I think as have taken my bean to cup down in strength. I was getting fluttery 🤪”

“Only joined a couple of months ago, but so far extremely pleased that I joined their coffee subscription service/club. The fruit & nut blend which i have had twice now has a wonderful flavour: I have a different one to try this time which I hope will be just as good. The ease with which you can change your subscription is an excellent idea and easy to manage.”

“We tried the most expensive coffee as a Christmas treat, and a decaf. They were both delicious! Delivery prompt, packaging fits into a cupboard easily - all great! I also appreciated the farmers' stories in the leaflet, about how you work with the growers. Thank you!”

“Been using Pact Coffee for a few months now, and have decided to go with our previous company instead (The Coffee Collective Copenhagen), simply because we think their coffee is better and more varied. Setting up an account was easy, and delivery was very convenient, loved that it can be delivered through your letter plate. Thought the "My account" page on the website was less than user friendly, I had to google a bit to edit frequency and cancel the plan, but a quick google search solved it. Absolutely an OK coffee delivery service, but we prefer another.”
