“I love Pact Coffee!!! It’s a delicious little treat to myself every morning to start my day!! I recently opted to upgrade my subscription option to enjoy a different coffee each month and I have not been disappointed. It’s great to know where my coffee is coming from, how it’s porcessed and what glorious flavours I am going to experience.!!”

“Lovely coffee handily delivered through the letterbox so I don't have to worry about running out of coffee again! I have a whole bean subscription for home and a ground subscription for work, but if I end up using one more than the other it is easy to bring deliveries forward / push them back as needed, especially as Pact send you a reminder email before shipping your next batch of coffee goodness.”

“Love the coffee! I've been a member for about a year and have only had one bag I didn't totally love. The shipping is super fast and cheaper than the good stuff in my grocery store!”

“So easy to use, conveniently packaged and fits through your letter box, no more waiting for postman. The aroma is strong and lingers through the house making everywhere smell lush! It tastes fresh and not too heavy like some coffees. Love the easiness if changing delivery dates and times too. Have recommended to friends”

“I think your service is exceptional. The flexibility (defer, amend, or accelerate orders), the transparency (you remind me a week before it's coming, so there is no sense of receiving coffee I don't want) and the loyalty bonus (by joining early I receive a £1 discount) are all excellent features. All of this would count for nothing if your coffee was not outstanding, but in a crowded market you come across as a cut above coffee I buy elsewhere (only when I have to...). It's also great to learn a little about the source of the coffee each time I try something new. Please keep up the great work, it's a great product and a great company. Kind regards Grant”

“The coffee is always good, a welcome treat through the letter box. I had some payment issues last month and they were resolved easily. I love the ability to change the coffee/ the grind and speed up/ slow down delivery if needed.”

“Genuinely impressed with the ethos of the company and the efforts they go to in sourcing good, sustainable coffee direct from the growers. The quality is extremely high and definitely worth the price. My only slight quibble is the leaflets and offers they send out with the coffee. This tends to go straight in the bin so it would good to be able to opt out of that to save on waste.”
