“I love what you Pact does. The coffee is incredible and the customer service is excellent. My only wish is that I cold afford this level of luxury and that I didn’t have to buy supermarket coffee any more. Right now pact is my “go on, treat yourself” coffee. And I guess that’s ok :)”

“Excellent service and very tasty coffee. I have been a customer for some time and PactCoffee doesn’t disappoint. All the deliveries are on time, and the estimation for how long a pack should last is accurate. I always receive a new pack just as I am about to finish one. Whenever I had an issue, customer service team was exceptional - always respond promptly and are very helpful. Once my delivery got lost in the post, and they were very helpful with issuing me with a new coffee batch. Last but not least - the coffee is tasty and I really like little notes about the coffee too. Also it is nice to see that the coffee is still urged from small and local coffee growers.”
